Acceptable Use Policy

What you must not do

You must not:

1. Break the law or others' rights:use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.
2. Give false information in your account or a booking, or about who you are or whom you represent.
3. Misuse other people's information:enter someone else's personal details, including passport or ID details, unless you have their permission or are their parent or legal guardian.
4. Misuse Fai: try to make it produce unlawful, harmful or deceptive content, extract its instructions or get round its safeguards, or use it to generate content at scale for publication elsewhere.
5. Scrape or overload the Site: copy or republish our content at scale, access the Site with bots or other automated tools without our written permission (search engines and other crawlers that follow our robots.txt file are allowed), or send traffic meant to disrupt the Site.
6. Break our security:probe, scan or test the Site's security, get round rate limits, pricing or access controls, or access data that isn't yours. Report security issues to security@fairtravels.aiand don't access anyone else's data.
7. Resell or misrepresent our services: resell our services without our written agreement, or claim to be us or to act for us.
8. Share logins:keep your sign-in details to yourself, and don't let anyone else use your account.

Personal details in the chat

Outside the secure traveller card, please don't type passport, ID or card numbers into the chat. We try to remove passport numbers and dates of birth we recognise in chat messages, but we can't catch everything, so if a booking needs passport details or a date of birth, enter them in the traveller card. Payment card details are entered only on our payment processor's page.

If you break this policy

If you break this policy, we may remove content, refuse or cancel requests, suspend or close accounts, and report unlawful activity. Report misuse to support@fairtravels.ai.
