Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Velocity Digital Labs LLC (“we”) does not sell the personal information we collect through fairtravels.ai and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines “sell” and “share”, and has not done so in the past 12 months.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We use sensitive personal information, such as passport and ID numbers, only to provide the services you ask for, so there is no separate choice to limit its use.
Your choices
Because we don't sell the personal information we collect through fairtravels.ai or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to switch off, but you can still:
- Use Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser, and we also turn off browser analytics in that browser.
- Send us an opt-out request through our privacy request form (choose “Opt out of the sale or sharing of my information”) or by email to privacy@fairtravels.ai. You don't need an account, and if you opt out by email, we don't ask you to prove who you are.
Someone you authorize can send an opt-out request for you, with proof that you authorized them.
Changes and questions
If we ever plan to sell or share the personal information we collect through fairtravels.ai, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before we start, and we will not sell or share any of it we collected before that update unless you agree.
