Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (your browser's local storage and session storage) that fairtravels.ai, operated by Velocity Digital Labs LLC, uses, and the choices you have.

In short: we use what the site needs to work, storage for a feature when you use it, and analytics from two services: JustAnalytics (justanalytics.app), our own analytics service, and Google Analytics, an analytics service run by Google. We don't use advertising or marketing cookies. In the UK, Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA), including Réunion, Mayotte, Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, the French part of Saint-Martin and the Åland Islands, analytics load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. If we can't tell where you are, we ask first. Everywhere else they load without asking first. Wherever you are, Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page, turns them off, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, they don't load and we don't show the banner.

Analytics and performance

From JustAnalytics, our own analytics service, and Google Analytics, an analytics service run by Google. In the UK, Switzerland and the EEA, they run, and store anything, only after you accept analytics in our cookie banner. If we can't tell where you are, we ask first. Everywhere else they run without asking first. They don't run while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, or while you have turned analytics off with Cookie settings. Neither loads in your browser on our private pages: those at fairtravels.ai/admin, /agent, /profile, /booking, /reset-password, /verify-email and /privacy-request, and the pages under them. Google Analytics also doesn't run on a page whose address carries one of those addresses after the "?", such as a sign-in page that will take you back to your profile.

What JustAnalytics collects: the full address of each page you visit (including anything after "?" in it) and its title, how long you spend on it, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link, page speed, errors in your browser, and your browser type, language, time zone and screen size. As with any site your browser contacts, JustAnalytics receives your IP address.

It also notes signs that clicks aren't working: several quick clicks on the same element, a click that changes nothing, or a click followed by an error. For these it records the element's technical description and where on the screen you clicked, not the element's text.

Session recording is off. JustAnalytics doesn't record what you type into forms, the text on the page apart from its title, or your browser's requests.

What Google Analytics collects: the full address of each page you visit (including anything after "?" in it, apart from the values it removes, below) and its title, how long you spend on it, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link, and your browser, device, operating system, language and screen size; when you scroll to the bottom of a page, click a link to another site, search the site, watch an embedded YouTube video or download a file; and the actions our Privacy Policy lists in section 1, with the details it gives there: starting a trip plan, searching for flights (whether the trip is one-way or return, the number of travellers, whether you used the form or your own words, how many results were shown, whether booking was open, and the city or airport code the search was matched to, or that it couldn't be matched, never the words you typed), the steps of a booking where checkout is offered (whether you picked the flight from search results or a chat, and the route, flight, price per traveller, number of adult travellers, total value, currency, payment type and booking reference), creating an account or signing in, using a share button (which network and which post) and clicking a contact email link. We do not send it the text of your chats, or the names, email addresses, phone numbers or passport details of you or the travellers you add. It is set up to remove email addresses, and the values of the token, callbackUrl and session_id parts of a page address, before anything is sent. As with any site your browser contacts, Google receives your IP address. Google says Google Analytics uses it to work out your approximate location, down to your city, and to protect its service, and then discards it.

Google Analytics runs with its advertising settings off for every visitor, including those who accept analytics: it isn't linked to Google Ads, Google signals (which would add information from people's Google accounts) is off, and it is set not to store advertising cookies, personalize ads or send data for advertising. Its data-sharing settings are off too, and Google says it then uses the data only to provide, maintain and protect Google Analytics. Google describes how it uses information from sites that use its services in "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" ( https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

Nothing stored on your device

These store nothing in your browser. They work the same whatever you choose about analytics, and whether or not your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

  • Server monitoring: When your browser asks our servers for a page, they send JustAnalytics the path of that page request (the part of its address after fairtravels.ai, up to any "?", which can include a booking or other record number), the request method, the host name your browser asked for, your browser's user-agent string, the response status and timing, the addresses our servers call while handling the request, and details of any server error (its message and technical trace, sent as they are), which can quote a page address or other parts of the request. Requests whose address carries query details, such as a search term or a sign-in link's token, are not sent, though a server error's details can still quote such an address. A request whose only query is a technical one the site adds as you move between pages is sent without that query. Your IP address is not recorded.
  • Error reporter: If a page fails, your browser sends our servers the error and the page address, without any query string. We remove email addresses, IDs and long numbers where we can.
  • Maps on guides: Map tiles from CARTO, a place outline from Nominatim and photos from Unsplash and Cloudflare. They receive your IP address, as any site your browser loads content from does, and set no cookies.

Your choices

You can stop our analytics in your browser:

  • In the UK, Switzerland and the EEA, click Reject in our cookie banner. Neither JustAnalytics nor Google Analytics loads until you click Accept; Reject keeps them off and clears any analytics storage and cookies kept in your browser.
  • Use Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page, to turn analytics off at any time, wherever you are and even after you have accepted them. It works like Reject.
  • Turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser. While either signal is on, neither loads in that browser, and we don't show the banner.
  • Delete the cookies and site data for fairtravels.ai in your browser's settings. That removes the analytics storage and cookies listed above, and your choice about analytics. On your next visit we ask again in the UK, Switzerland and the EEA; everywhere else, analytics load again unless your browser sends one of those signals.
  • Install Google's opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), if your browser supports it. It stops Google Analytics on every site, not only ours, and doesn't affect JustAnalytics.

We remember your choice for 180 days. After that, in the UK, Switzerland and the EEA we ask again; elsewhere, analytics load again unless you turn them off again or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

Turning analytics off doesn't delete what they have already received. Our Privacy Policy says how long that is kept, and how to ask us to delete it.

You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in may not work.
