Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking, provided the travel date is more than 7 days away. After the free cancellation window, supplier cancellation policies apply.

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. For Stripe payments (USD), refunds appear within 5-10 business days. For Razorpay payments (INR), refunds appear within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Service fees, processing fees, and bookings marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds. Promotional or discounted bookings may have different refund terms.

4. Partial Refunds

If you cancel part of a multi-component booking (e.g., hotel only from a flight + hotel package), a partial refund may be issued based on the individual component's cancellation policy.

5. Supplier-Initiated Cancellations

If a supplier cancels your booking, you are entitled to a full refund or a comparable alternative arrangement at no additional cost.

6. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, contact our support team at support@fairtravels.ai within 30 days of the transaction.
