Service providers and other recipients

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Velocity Digital Labs LLC operates fairtravels.ai. This page lists the other companies and services that receive personal information when you use the site, what they do and what they receive. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, where we process it, and the safeguards we rely on when it is sent between countries.

Service providers

We use these companies to run the site. Each receives the personal information shown, to provide its service.

Your card details, billing address and email address, the amounts you pay, and your booking reference.

Information they receive
Account, booking and payment identifiers, and the booking details those tasks work with, such as flight details and travellers' names.

Our own services

Velocity Digital Labs LLC, the company that operates fairtravels.ai, also runs these services on their own websites. They are not other companies, but your information goes to them, so we list them here. Our Privacy Policy applies to what they receive. They may use hosting and delivery providers of their own.

Our own services

Service
JustAnalytics (justanalytics.app)
What it does
Our own analytics service: server monitoring for everyone who uses the site, and browser analytics. Browser analytics run in the UK, Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA) only after you accept them, and never on the private pages our Cookie Policy lists, while you have turned them off with Cookie settings, or while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
Information it receives
For requests to our server: the path of each page request (the part of its address after fairtravels.ai, up to any "?"), which can include a booking or other record ID; the request method; the host name your browser asked for; your browser's user-agent string; and the response status and timing, but not your IP address. Requests whose address carries a query string are not recorded, except when the only query is a technical one the site adds as you move between pages, and then the path is recorded without it. Also the addresses of calls our server makes to other services, which can occasionally include a query string, and server error reports (error messages and technical traces, sent as they are), which can quote a page address, including its query string, or other parts of a request. In your browser, when browser analytics run: your IP address, browser and device details (including an identifier calculated from your browser and device characteristics), the pages you visit and what you click, how the pages perform, and a browser identifier.
Service
JustEmails (justemails.app)
What it does
Our own email service: sends the emails we send you, such as sign-in, booking and receipt emails.
Information it receives
Your name and email address, and the content of each email, which can include booking details and receipts.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, an analytics service run by Google, alongside JustAnalytics, to measure how the site is used. Google provides it to us under its terms, and says that, with the data-sharing settings we have turned off, it uses the data it receives only to provide, maintain and protect Google Analytics. It receives the information shown, when browser analytics run.

Google Analytics

Service
Google Analytics (Google)
What it does
Measures how the site is used, alongside JustAnalytics.
Information it receives
Sent by your browser to Google when browser analytics run (in the UK, Switzerland and the EEA, only after you accept them), and never from the private pages our Cookie Policy lists: your IP address and browser and device details; the full address and title of each page you visit, how long you spend on it and the page that referred you (it is set up to remove email addresses, and the values of the token, callbackUrl and session_id parts of an address, before sending); scrolls, clicks on links to other sites, searches on the site, embedded YouTube video plays and file downloads; the actions our Privacy Policy lists in section 1, with their details; and a random browser identifier from its cookie. Those details include, for a flight search, the city or airport code it was matched to, or that it couldn't be matched (never the words you typed), whether the trip is one-way or return, the number of travellers, whether you used the form or your own words, how many results were shown and whether booking was open; for a share, which network and which post; and, where checkout is offered, the route, flight, price per traveller, number of adult travellers, total value, currency, payment type and booking reference of a booking, and whether you picked the flight from search results or a chat. We do not send it the text of your chats, or the names, email addresses, phone numbers or passport details of you or the travellers you add.

Independent recipients

These organizations receive some personal information because of how you use the site, and decide for themselves how to use it. They do not work on our instructions, and their own privacy policies apply.
